Hosting a party, business function, or event?
Placing an order
All orders require at least 24 hours’ notice. Although we ask for advance notice, we will do our best to accommodate any late orders. Additional fees may apply.
Order Minimum
There is a $150 minimum on catering orders. All catering orders come with chips and salsa.
Food allergies
All of our catered menu items are prepared with the same high-quality seasonal ingredients and care that you enjoy at our restaurant. When placing your order, please alert our catering team if there are any food allergies.
Cancellations
For change outside of a 24-hour window, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. In the event of a cancellation or modification within a 24 hour window, you will be charged in full for the original order.
Entrées
Includes Spanish rice and either refried beans or black beans. All entrées come with chips and salsa and are offered in small and large platters. Small platters serve 10-12 people and large platters serve 15-18 people.
Pollo La Crema
Grilled chicken breast sautéed in a white cream sauce with onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Served with flour or corn torillas.
Enchiladas Rojas
Warm enchiladas made with corn tortillas and your choice of cheese, chicken, or ground beef. You can also upgrade to shredded beef for $1.50 per person, topped with our signature red sauce and melted cheese.
Carne Asada
Premium outside skirt steak served with a grilled green onion and fried jalapeños. Served with flour or corn tortillas.
Short Rib Colorado
Tender short rib served on a bed of Spanish rice and smothered in our house-made Chile Colorado sauce. Roasted serrano salsa. *Side option of refried beans or black beans only.
Arroz con Pollo
Grilled chicken breast on a bed of Spanish rice tossed in red enchilada salsa with mushrooms, onions, and tomato, topped with melted cheese. Served with flour or corn torillas. *Side option of refried beans or black beans only.
Chicken Taquitos
Flour torilla filled with shredded chicken and a cheese blend.
Build-Your-Own Fajita Bar
Your choice of meat sautéed with grilled marinated onions and bell peppers, in a light red sauce. Comes with Spanish rice and refried beans, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Street Tacos
Includes shavings of cabbage, easy onions, and cilantro; thin shredded Monterey cheese and tomatoes on top; habanero salsa, and limes. Served with Spanish rice, refried beans, and your choice of corn or flour tortillas.
